How does the process work?

The process is simple and straightforward. First, refer your clients using your unique referral link, and they can get prequalified in just minutes. Once prequalified, you help them find their dream home, either from our pre-approved properties or through the MLS. Depending on the home they choose, we'll either streamline the closing process or follow traditional procedures. Throughout it all, you remain their dedicated Realtor, guiding them every step of the way.

Am I still their Realtor?

Absolutely! You will remain your client's Realtor throughout the entire process. You'll handle the same negotiations and follow the same procedures as you would in any other real estate transaction. Plus, you'll receive your full commission, just like with a traditional home sale.

What does my client need to get started?

Getting started is simple! All your client needs to do is fill out our quick online application, which takes about 5 minutes to complete. They’ll just need a copy of their ID to get prequalified—no credit checks or extensive paperwork required. Once that’s done, they (and you, if you're available) will meet with us to go over the numbers and terms. After that, we’ll issue their pre-approval letter, and they’re ready to start the journey to homeownership with your guidance!

Is there anything different that needs to be included in the contract?

When you receive your unique referral link, you'll also get a PDF with the specific language that needs to be added to the contract. This additional wording can easily be copied and pasted, making the process straightforward for you. Other than that, the offer details are entirely at your client's discretion, just like in a typical real estate transaction.

Can my client choose any home?

Absolutely! Clients can shop for any home available, whether from our pre-approved inventory or the MLS. Our program offers the flexibility to choose the perfect home without restrictions, ensuring they find exactly what they're looking for.

How long does it take to close?

The closing timeline depends on the home your client chooses. For homes from our pre-approved inventory, the process can be incredibly fast, often taking as little as 48 hours since we already own these properties. If your client selects a home from the MLS, we follow the standard closing procedures, which typically takes around 30 days. Regardless of the choice, our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience for you and your client.
