Tyler Latta

Tyler Latta graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in both accounting and finance. Right out of college, Latta secured a job at The Independent Banker’s Bank in Dallas. While working there, Latta traveled to over 40 banks throughout California, Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. While on the road, he audited loan portfolios and credit operations. After three years spent traveling, Latta returned to Oklahoma working as a commercial lender and began to get his foot in the door in real estate investing. After 4 years of commercial banking here in Oklahoma, he decided to pursue real estate full time. Tyler’s impressive history in both finance and real estate allows him to lead his clients into homeownership and help them along their financial journey with Front Porch Homes.

Lacey Cale

After earning her finance degree from Oklahoma State University, Cale dove right into the banking industry. She worked as a Commercial Loan Operations Manager for Bank 7. Her responsibilities included centralizing operations, building the teams responsible for commercial lending which includes loan review, credit/underwriting, document preparations, construction managements, loan closings, serving, collections, appraisals and regulatory compliance. Not only does Cale have a background in finance but also in construction and real estate sales. One of her first careers following her impressive basketball career at Oklahoma State University was working construction for her basketball coach. This opened the door for her successful career in flipping multiple homes. Her experience in both finance, construction and real estate helped her to generate more knowledge in guiding her clients to their forever home. When Cale is not busy helping her clients find the home of their dreams, she enjoys traveling with her son and daughter. Her family spends most of their time traveling through the mountains of Colorado.
